What We Do

M300 Ministries exist and operates globally to:

Bring glory to God in all that we do.
To hear His voice as He leads His own.
To seek and save the lost by uniquely sharing "Who is the Christ?" in different languages, cultures and countries.
To uniquely serve the body by coming to the aid of the hungry, the needy, the imprisioned and the persecuted, the widow and the orphan.
To autonomously partner with other like minded Christian ministries, ministry leaders and supporters at God's leading and enabling.

How we do what we do:

We are uniquely led by the Shepherd, seeking His glory, His pleasure and His honor in all things.
We uniquely stand in the gap, at times at great risk, because from time to time the Shepherd ask this of us.
We were chosen as a unique "cornerstone" becoming a foundational part of unique things that the Lord is doing in our times.
We were uniquely given a vision that the Lord will Himself add over 300 autonomous partnering ministries and ministry leaders to His gathering for His express purposes and in His own timing.
We partner with ministries who are uniquely led to us by the Shepherd, who crosses our paths. Through contact and mutual prayers some of these ministries are led to become a foundational part of this unique gathering of Mighty Warriors and Mighty Ministries.
We minister at times independently of our partnering ministries, both locally and globally. At other times we are led and enabled to partner directly with our partnering ministries on specific ministries, mission trips or special needs. We love to partner as the Lord leads and enables us.

We are a ministry that is uniquely founded and directed by veteran missionary Wayne Gaines. As an 18 year old self supported missionary serving in Latin America during 1980's, "faith" quickly transformed it'self from an abstract concept to become a "way of life" for Wayne. This "way of life faith" carries over into the ministry that Wayne and his wife Rosemary are called to lead at M300 Ministries. We are a ministry of "faith", being led by God's powerful right hand, his Holy Word and His Holy Spirit. Wayne and Rosemary uniquely combine over 3 decades of diverse global missions experience with expertise in resources management, languages and culture to very efficiently lead M300 Ministries as a high impact, low cost global ministry.

Wayne needs personal support as both a Missionary and Founder/Director of M300 Ministries. By design he is the only employee of M300 Ministries and has served sacrificially, with nearly no pay for nearly three years, while personally underwriting the cost of M300 Ministries. To uniquely cultivate like minded Christian ministries, missionaries and Christian leaders as autonomous ministry partners in order capitalize on the Lord's resources and to motivate and equip believers to both locally and globally communicate "Who is the Christ?" and to reach out to the needy.

The M300 Ministries Mission Field

Global

Our vision, goal and reach in the Lord is global. We are led to minister both locally and globally, knowing no boundries, except if any be placed by our Lord.

Young People Around the World

Youth globally are the largest unreached people group in the world—60% of the world is under age 24! We have a unique leading to encourage, nurture, equip and train the youth who will be the future Christian leaders of both today and tomorrow. Youth are believed to be one of the critical elements to fulfilling The Great Commission as stated by Youth With A Mission.

Children of persecuted Christians

The “most devastated children in the world” are surrounded by evil doers, persecution, death and spiritual darkness. By in large there has been little to no ministry directed towards the sons and daughters of those who suffer for their Christian faith. They must be encouraged, nurtured and have a chance to grow in Jesus Christ, their only hope. Globally we seek to minister directly to children and families who suffer at the hands of evil doers, persecutors, those who would kill and destroy the body and those who seek to invade the kingdom of light with the evil deeds of the kingdom of darkness.

Ethnic Pastors, missionaries, ministers and lay leaders

Ethnic pastors, missionaries, ministers and lay leaders want to make a greater difference by laying down their lives for the Christ and the church. Most often they are not supported, partnered with, educated or prayed for by international ministries. That group leaders are a foundational part of something bigger that God’s is doing in our days. He calls us to join with Him and them in His rescue mission for the spiritually dying people around them. He is summoning native and ethnic minsters to be rescuers, and we must partner, motivate and help equip them to answer His call.

The M300 Ministries Methods of Ministry

Ministry Through Media (Internet, Media & Resources)

Communicate uniquely and clearly using technology as a "force multiplier for missions and ministry". Uniquely use the internet as a resource to effectively communicate the message of autonomous partnerships in Jesus Christ. Develop online ministry to ministry partnerships (M2M), providing online educational and encouragement materials, online follow-up, website presence development and training for native ethnic pastors, ministers and lay leaders.
Cultivate a network of mission minded experienced Christian leaders who will partner to help disciple native leaders by sharing their friendship, insight, experience and leading via Gospel-driven blog feeds and autonomously partnered websites that enable and encourage native ethnic pastors, ministers and lay leaders.
We co-found and co-edit outreach websites such as PAKISTAN CHRISTIAN NEWS which give voice to Christians living in Muslim dominated lands.
Make resources available such as devotionals, videos, and audios to reach the lost and also to mobilize and equip people to uniquely and effectively share "Who is the Christ?" and to serve the needy of the world.
Our model is the Lord's own model of coming to seek and save that which was lost and to serve the sick and needy.

Ministry by placing "boots on the ground" for global missions

To put "boots on the ground" globally and locally by participating on or sending others to participate on mission trips, lectureships, ministry outreaches or other venues which seek to motivate and equip believers to share the Gospel and serve the needy.
Facilitate hands on autonomous partnerships, both locally and globally, which foster a willingness and ability to share in the discipleship, mentoring, friendship, education and encouragement of missionaries, pastors and ministers as co-laborers in Jesus Christ.
Equip Christian leaders locally and globally to train others to uniquely share "Who is the Christ?" and to serve the needy.
We host a unique "MISSIONS DEPLOYMENT CENTER" where folks are encouraged to Learn, Connnect, Grow and Deploy into the mission field through our partnering ministries.
We host a Chaplain who has vast experience in the US Airforce as a military chaplain as well as having served as a minister. He is available to our autonomously partnering ministry leaders as a ministry resource.
We host a RESOURCES page on our website for our visitors as wall as our partners. Endeavoring to be covered in prayer and doing all things through prayer, it is on this page that we are raising up PRAYER WARRIORS for the cause of global missions and ministry.

Ministering Through Native Ministry

Train and mentor Native Christians who are led to be Mighty Warriors or Valiant Warriors in God's kingdom.
Train Native Christians to reach their own people by proclaiming "Who is the Christ?" and serving the needy.
Lead a unique collaborative ministry called the "Valiant Warrior Ministry". In this collaborative ministry we will cultivate globally those who are called to serve as missionaries even at the risk of their own blood.

The M300 Ministries "Cornerstone" Principles

M300 Ministries uniquely serves as a cornerstone to communicate the Gospel in different languages, cultures and countries to those dying without Christ and also mobilizes others to join in autonomous partnerships to aid in rescuing the lost. While there are a handful of other ministries focused on reaching the lost with the Gospel of Christ, M300 Ministries is uniquely focused on the global autonomous partnering of like minded Christian ministries, missionaries, pastors, ministers and lay leaders so that they are motivated, encouraged, equipped and able to reach the lost in their own language, culture and country for Christ.
