Thanks for your encouraging email to me. May you be blessed in every way.

I have compiled the information of our orphanage so that you may see it clearly. I don't know how God directed me to you and sending all this information but i know God has a way for us.

I have been keeping 30 orphans, which actually has been a problem to me because I had my resources which I was selling to cater for them. It has not been easy to provide for them here in Kenya. I requested my father who is also a pastor to care for at least half of them for me. My father is a good man of God. Some times he tells me that we should not give up with this work on behalf of the orphans. Our family we believe in God more than anything else.

So I have attached part of the orphans I care for that's 15 and the other 15 are with my dad as of yesterday because after your last help we ran out of food for them.

Also I have given you this story of the orphanage. I hope this report will help you to share with others in the ministry.

I have attached the pictures of the orphans and the house where they are staying and you can also see me  their standing with them.

As you see this orphan they do not have nice clothes and shoes to wear,some of them are HIV/AIDS victims and all of them they do not have even a mother or father.They are homeless and hopeless, We have a school for them in our orphanage center and they are being taught with three teachers. For now i have a land that I'm praying God to open ways for us to get funds to start constructing a better school and home for their stay. The land is big enough to construct everything that will be needed for them even it is easy to dig a well/borehole of water.

This house where they are staying is a mud house. It's floor is not cemented and it's expensive to pay for the rent. We believe God will open ways for us to start constructing for them a better place for them to sleep.

                            BRIEF ANNETTE ORPHANAGE HISTORY

HOPE Orphanage was established to provide a family environment where material support, love, food,education ,security and dedicated guidance is offered to such poor,homeless and hopeless children.

Kenya, has witnessed a deteriorating economical crisis and also political crisis since the late 2007 .This is when all properties were destroyed by this clashes.Kenya had a very hostile and bad event due to political crisis. Many people were slashed into pieces and others killed, this lead to many people being hopeless and homeless and due to this many children had no parents both mothers and fathers and they could not survive for they did not have food to eat neither cloth to wear nor water to drink even no places to sleep . And also our country Kenya has experienced unprecedented massive job loses that have resulted in sharp poverty increases.

 The problem only worsened as the HIV/AIDS epidemic began to surge during the 2000s. It replaced poverty as the leading cause of the child-care crisis. Helpless, homeless orphans and vulnerable children are off-loaded in the streets once they have no one to care for them.Here in Kenya , children are abandoned and neglected by relatives after the death of their parents or simply have no living relative at all. Invariably the eldest child though assumes responsibility of the home, is not prepared financially or emotionally. He/she tries through by doing child labor and all sorts of activities from stealing to begging, finally you find orphans in the streets and they are being raped resulting to HIV/AIDS transmission.
