"FESTIVAL OF LIGHT" IN PAKISTAN - START TO PRAY PLEASE
M300 Ministries is underwriting: "FESTIVAL OF LIGHT" in Pakistan. We ask that you begin to pray for this event to be held in war torn Pakistan. The Lord led us to comprehend that during these dark and scary times in Pakistan while war rages, bomb go off and persecution rages the children are caught in the middle along with innocent families. The Lord has made it abundantly clear over the past weeks that children and families in Pakistan need to come aside to a safe place and enjoy a time of fun, games, competitions and learning about how important it is to recognize light and come to the light.
We have funded the cost of "FESTIVAL OF LIGHT" and will be sharing pictures and reports soon. The event will be held in an unannounced location within Pakistan on Thursday, November 5th, 2009. Local families and children have been invited to attend.
We plan to hold a "FESTIVAL OF LIGHT" monthly at different secure locations within Pakistan. The cost of each FESTIVAL OF LIGHT is approximately $100 US dollars. Please consider funding a "FESTIVAL OF LIGHT" inside of Pakistan.
God is doing a wonderful work in the life of Angela Zimmerman who has a wonderful heart and love for missions and ministry. The Lord has carefully prepared Angela to impact many lives. Praise the lord that we have come back from village 134 Mian chanu, Pakistan after completing the 3 rd GCI training.
Thanks be to God that 25 participants have participated in this GCI training even though this is the season of Rice harvesting and the season of cotton collecting. All the participants have been blessed by the lessons and the training.
We taught 4 subjects in this GCI Training.
1- The Local Church.
2-Christian family.
3-The life and teaching of Jesus Christ.
4-Basic Doctrine.
We have the 3 night Evangelistic Rallies in 3 different villages. Praise the Lord that many people have accepted Jesus Christ in these days and 27 people have received water baptism. (See pictures below)
Please pray for our Pastor’s Leadership Conference which will be held on 2 November 2009. Over 100 Pastors are coming from different villages and cities of Punjab providence to receive training.

Retreat is a Treat
For most of the church leaders and youth, it was the first time they had ever been outside the city of Rio Bravo. Excitement ran high as they piled into the church van and began to make the 8-hour drive to central Mexico.
The event? A camping retreat sponsored by our association, IBEV (Iglesias Bíblicas Espíritu y Verdad or Spirit and Truth Bible Churches Association.) A group of adults took their retreat one week and a group of youth went the following week.
Each group was full of joy and laughter on the journey to the mountain getaway: a large cabin situated on the bank of a beautiful river in the state of San Luis Potosí.
The three-day events were filled with a time of recreation as they swam in the river and played in the waterfalls. At night there was spiritual refreshment with praise and worship and devotions. The time flew by quickly and before long, it was time to pack up and head home. Everyone came away from the experience renewed in body and in spirit.
We’re so happy for the opportunity afforded these devoted leaders and youth. They’ll never be the same! •

Dear beloved family and friends,
We are grateful for your prayers on our behalf and for all the saints in Guatemala.
This update brings good news of quite a variety. The truth is that Christians have many reasons
to rejoice and to thank the “Father of mercies and God of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3).
The first cause of joy and thanksgiving is the restoration of two of our members, Victor
Ordoñez and Lisbeth Castro. Victor and Lisbeth had been dating for quite some time. Last
year, they decided they would begin a family together. The problem was that they left God out of
their equation, choosing to live together without getting married. At first, we thought we had lost
them not only to this sin, but also to the world. After several conversations, visits and prayers,
the couple decided that they would include God once again in their lives. On Sunday, October
11, they came forward, asked the church for forgiveness and requested their restoration. It was a
joyous day at Linda Vista, as we know it was in heaven, as well.
The second cause of joy and thanksgiving was a result of this couple’s
fruit of repentance. The same week that they came forward, they made
arrangements to get married. The event took place on Saturday, the
17th of October, at the Linda Vista building. When asking for
permission to use the facilities, Victor and Lisbeth expressed to the
leadership that they wanted to include God and their brethren in their
lives once again and regret the choices they made and the time lost
because of their poor choices. Please pray for this young couple as
they begin a family as God.
The third cause of joy and thanksgiving came Sunday afternoon, on the 18th of October,
immediately after the worship period. Irvin Rodriguez made known that he wanted to become a
Christian. After a brief conversation with Anibal Ramirez, Francisco Ramos took his
confession and immersed him into Christ. Irvin is a friend of one of our members, Caren
Ramos. He has been attending several months, so it was good to see him make the decision to
give his life over to the Lord. Please keep him in your prayers as he grows in his new walk. Also,
pray that God will use him to reach his family, none of which are Christians at this time.
Thank you so much for all your prayers and
encouragement, and for rejoicing with us. May God
continue to grant you rich blessings in your lives!

“Teaching the CENTRAL MESSAGE in CENTRAL AMERICA
I really appreciate this as an opportunity to get to know you more and to learn more about what God has uniquely called you to do. I also spent some time on your website and appreciate the spirit of caring and serving.
I believe with you that God is about to “speed things up.” Incredible things are beginning to happen that we only dreamed of a few years ago. Even in North America I believe that God is about to do a new thing and we will only be able to stand in amazement at what he will do. “You would not believe it, even if you were told.” (Habakkuk 1:5).
In the weeks and months ahead I look forward to exploring what God might have for us to do together. As he draws us together in kindred spirit we shall discover His plan.
I leave for Ethiopia in a few days and will return December 21. In the meantime I will be praying for God’s direction and for the ministry of M300.

Mainly our working villages have been fully damaged and thousands of the families were totally lost their things, now they are on the road with empty hands, no food, no houses, not house hold things, no boats no fishing nets and what not they have lost everything.
Brother I am not asking any resources or funds because your prayers are sufficient for me, our God is so great and He is Almighty God. Amen. Brother please remembers us in your prayers. The second son he named Ephraim and said, "It is because God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering."
My goodness do we see what Joseph was saying to God. Let's make it simple so that all can see... "God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering." Not that God has made me happy and given me all of life's comforts. Not that God answered my prayer and gave me a BMW or a Porsche. But that God made me fruitful. God made me bear fruit.
Let's take a closer look at what Joseph is saying. This is by the way the same Joseph who's brothers wanted to kill him. The same Joseph that was sold to the Ismaelites (Arabs) and then traded into slavery at Egypt. The same Joseph who was separated from his family. The same Joseph who's father thought he was dead. The same Joseph who was thrown into Pharoh's prison. The same Joseph who ran from the temptress. The same Joseph with the coat of man colors. The same Joseph that God had given a vision to for which his brothers sought to kill him. Did Joseph suffer? Of course he did. Do we suffer? Many of us do...but some of our brethern are hand chosen to suffer much for God's glorifcation.
Let's look closer:
Genesis 41:51-53 (New International Version)
51 Joseph named his firstborn Manasseh [a] and said, "It is because God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father's household." 52 The second son he named Ephraim[b] and said, "It is because God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering."
53 The seven years of abundance in Egypt came to an end,

Genesis 41:51 Manasseh sounds like and may be derived from the Hebrew for forget .

God raised up Joseph by equipping him with wisdom by His Holy Spirit. Notice the footnote on the name of Ephraim. TWICE FRUITFUL. Meaning that God gave the double blessing. The blessing of honor upon Joseph even in the midst of his suffering.
Genesis 41: 37-44
37 The plan seemed good to Pharaoh and to all his officials. 38 So Pharaoh asked them, "Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God [b] ?"
39 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one so discerning and wise as you. 40 You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you."
Joseph in Charge of Egypt
41 So Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt." 42 Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph's finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. 43 He had him ride in a chariot as his second-in-command, [c] and men shouted before him, "Make way [d] !" Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt. 44 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I am Pharaoh, but without your word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt."
Joseph had the Spirit of God and people could see it. Joseph had knowledge, discernment and wisdom from God. All of these things being recognized by gentile men led to God's provision of authority over all of Egypt at the hands of Joseph. God made Joseph fruitful, even twice fruitful even in the midst of his suffering.
Our plea and position before God while in suffering should be a similar plea saying, "God make me twice as fruitful in my suffering!"
A recent missionary report out of Bangladesh brings this very thing to my mind. My mind centered in for some reasons on a matter of fact portion of a co worker's report from Bangladesh where he casually reported 2 incidents under the title of Persecution that led to God's blessings. Allow me to share a summary of each event with you. This may surprise you but God can make us twice as fruitful in the midst of our suffering.
#1 While working with community showing community development movies the mission team showed two movies and was going to wrap up with the Jesus Film. 2 Evils as they called them, stood up and protested that Jesus should not be shown. The workers responded that Jesus was about community and about serving others. The 2 Evils said, "We will bite you". Odd right? But then the 2 Evils left and the film was shown. On the way back to their own village after the film the Jesus Film workers were viciously attacked by a large group of radical Muslims who viciously bit them, scratched them and kicked them. Local police came to their aid when it was reported but they had to be hospitalized due to the viciousness of the bites and attack. Those involved said casually, "They persecuted us however they wanted to but God was glorified".
#2 A young man from a Muslim background became a Christian and he shared his faith with others. One person, a shop owner was upset when he found that this person had forsaken Islam for Christ. When the young man was walking alone on a street he was attacked by a group of radicals who hung him from an electric pole. For 2 hours no one came to help him. Then a ranking police official came and cut him down. He survived and the policeman said to him. "The work that you and your group are doing is too valuable. Every time that you go out come to the police station and we will assign a police escort to you. The reputation of good works from your group and you are well known."
No frills, no glaring report...just a quarterly report from ministry partners in Muslim dominated countries. Details buried in the lower middle part of the report. But details that testify to the times that we live in and how God has appointed people to places where they will indeed suffer at the hands of unrighteous men but in that suffering they will be twice as fruitful and ultimately greatly blessed with knowledge, wisdom and honor by God's Holy and righteous Spirit that lives in them.

About Me: Being refined...
I am a daughter of the Most High God. Dearly loved by Him and so thankful for His love and grace in my life. I am a missions student at a seminary near my home and am so excited for the sweet calling He has placed in my life! I have a heart for international missions and cannot wait to just go and do and be. I also know that I will one day be working with women either nationally or internationally. Just edifying them and pouring His love into them! I love God more than words and long to just love Him more everyday (with the help of His grace). My prayer is to be His light. That when people see me they don't even notice me but all eyes are drawn upward. It is an everyday battle because I am so far from perfect (and will never be). All have fallen short of His glory and I am merely a sinner covered in grace and saved by the precious blood of the lamb who is each day working out her salvation with fear and trembling (Philippians 2:12) *note:I am also a horrible speller so bare with me lol!

Campus Crusade for Christ, Bangladesh
"Autonomously partnering with M300 Ministries"
Dear Friends in Christ
Greetings to all of you in His matchless name! You will be glad to hear about Bangladesh Ministry, where we are working together to glorify God. We really thankful to all of our supporters and Prayer partners who are continue helping our works. This is why we could see many wonderful things in our CCC ministry. We trust that God is still using our staff, volunteers in the field. In 5 regions for campus ministry, there are 48 D-12 called Small groups and 203 students are involved. In the same way, Community ministry also is expanding developing and new churches are coming up through the Jesus film and CPM and Community . The book of Acts, chapter 6 highlighted that the people who were ministering for God’s kingdom, they were fully devoted by the Holy Spirit and spreading the word of God and lived prayerful life. For all of these, we would like to express our joy and salvation for our Bangladesh Ministry that God is using our workers and disciples. Let us pray for Bangladesh ministry for God’s faithfulness, so that we can see many miracles in Bangladesh. Now the following information will give you more excitement to know God’s Plan and see more result by 2020 in Bangladesh.
Campus Ministry.
BASIC LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN 3 REGIONS
There was Basic leadership training in 3 regions, which was organized by Chittagong, Dhaka and Khulna Campus Teams. Total numbers of delegates were participated 85. The main motto of this training is to develop our disciples in order to evangelism and discipleship for campus movement in Bangladesh. During the training mostly students got the Ideas about Evangelism on how to share Christ with others students by using the Four Spiritual Laws booklet.. We hope and pray that these numbers of students will be very valuable for our campus ministry, where our future mission is to see that Students will lead the ministry and produce more spiritual fruits.
ONE DAY RETREAT
This retreat was conducted by Chittagong campus team, where our staff and disciples spent time together on 25th September 2009. 27 disciples and 6 staff went to Khagrasori Alutila’s green hill and spent whole day for praising and worshiping the Lord, mediating the words of God. They found God amazing creations and his beauties in the nature. Really it was a wonderful experience for all of them. That day they distributed 45 Jesus CDs and 200 Gospel leaflets among the people.
Prayer Seminar
There was the Prayer Seminar, which was organized on 21st August. 2009 by Dhaka campus Team. Almost 60 disciples who are going under small group Bible studies in every week. They participated for this program. We should listen his voice every day (Matt 21:22, Jer 33:3)
Our disciples comments of this Prayer seminar and they mention that prayer is the power of Christian life. We, as the Christian have no other way to lead our life without the power of spirit. Prayer help us to strong our spiritual life and store our energy to preach the Gospel to others. There are students what they felt about the prayer, the following comments from our disciples:
1. Eti Said: My life was full of problem and sorrow. I have no habit of prayer. But when I start to pray, I could realize the peace of God in my heart comes with the joy, so I will do it continually .
2. Kenny Nath: I was fall in love at the first sight of the girl. Her name is Tabitha. But I start to pray and ask God that I love Tabitha. After one year, God met her with me with the wonderful environment. She accepted my proposal. God has given us good friendship to love each other and trust one another. God has created Tabitha for me. I am blessed by her and my life is changed.
3. Bikers: I had a wonderful prayer life but I was misguided some of my bad friends and stopped to pray for many days. I try to pray at least 3 times, but I could not. I cried to God why it is happening in my life? When I realized that it is my mistake after that I repent my sins and confess for my forgiveness. Now I really blessed by God for His miracles action in my life that I see every day through the journey of prayer.
Ifter Party (Pre-Evangelism Event)
During the Muslim’s Ramadan, there were 3 Ifter parties arranged during the Ramadan. One of the Ifter party was in Barisal and another 2 parties were in south . Last September 14th and 16th, it was organized by Khulna team. According to the Muslim culture, it really helps our ministry to communicate with the Muslim students and laymen. During the Ifter Party those who fasted, they came to attend to pray and feelwoship with others. Finally they ate some foods. It was happened at SFC “Students Center and EFC “Computer Center”. We really thank God that almost 130 M background students attended from 3 gathering. After these events, our staff and disciples are giving time with them for follow-up, so that they may know about Jesus Christ. By this way, Campus Team is reaching the Muslim students for Christ.
College Life program (Win)
Campus Team south of Bangladesh. They conducted a College Life Program, which was held on 27th September-09 in south Baptize Church. 62 students participated. One of the excitements is that 40 of students were non Christian from Hindu and Muslim background. After the message, he challenged them to accept Christ by faithful prayer. The disciples of Barisal team, they showed a drama about His crucifixion. Many non- Christians got the opportunity to hear the gospel through this event. Now they are the part of the D-12 Groups.
Community Ministry
God is helping the community team to win the soul who is influential people in the society. Last quarter almost 25 Muslim leaders we won for the gospel. We are so excited to do the community ministry now because we have a community team with 7 key staff who are working together. They distributed the Bible among them. Many of them are interested to join the Small group Bible study. Our mission goal is to expand the community ministry in Bangladesh in different places, so that the influential people will join with our movements. Last month of August 15th, 2009, there was a prayer seminar for community people. Almost 45 women participated. They got the ideas on how to share Christ with others women. On other hand, we are really doing ministry among them business, IT professional people, teachers, and doctors. The word of God tells us that Matt 21:22, What ever we ask in our prayer by faith, He will answer for his people”. The team is praying to win lost for Christ kingdom and make disciples for his work.
Dhaka Couples Seminar
This year, Dhaka women team organized a couple’s seminar on 21st August’09. Almost 14 couples joined. Mostly they shared about role of the husband and wife and responsibility of the children. Those who participated they really blessed and excited to attend this seminar. Some couples they shared their life testimony end of the program and others are really excited and prayed for them.

Church Planting Training (CPM)
This training was held on 1st to 8th August’09. These are the people who worked long time in the Jesus film project. Just we transited them to the new project CPM through the training and teaching about how to plant cell churches in every village. The system is very effective and dynamic to work as a team for house church planting.. Some of them are doing really very good and already have started PCS groups among the new believers. After the training, we sent them to target area, where there is no missionary or pastors and churches. They will work in the field 2 by 2 in 60 village’s for life time ministry. Ishan Biswas and Sunil Adhikary is now mentoring them to see good result in the mission field through this project.
BLA Report (ILA):
Al-amin was persecuted By Muslim Fundamentalist.
One of the staff of BLA staff Md. Sumon who has been working at Gajipur area. During the working time, a Muslim student whose name is Al-Amin. His father is working one of the Garment factory there. Sumon met with his father in his house and introduced his son Al- Amin to whom he shared Isa Al-moshi on 10th 2009. He accepted Christ and share his faith with others Muslims. Although he was the student of Annadamohan college. After that Sumon gave a Muslim Kitabul Mukiddas to Al-Amin to know about Isa Almoshi. Al-amin shared his faith one of the shopkeeper and told that he is converted from M background. After that the shopkeeper got angry and told other Muslim friends this message. One day Al -Amin going to the road alone, The shopkeeper and his friends caught him and hanged with the electricity Rod beside of the road for 2 hours. Nobody was helped him. Later our CCC staff MD Harun got the message and went to the Police and saved him. The fundamentalist name is Abutaleb who was arrested by police one day. The police officer punished to Abutaleb for his bad attitude and actions later He asked forgiveness to Alamin and confess his sin. One of the praises things is that “The Police SP said to Al-Amin , you can share your faith with any one, if any one said any things for this, called me any time”. This statement really encouraged and blessed to our fellow believers and staff. Although almost 26 new believers are there from M background and later one they wanted to go back Muslims worship after persecutions. But God is still control. And now God’s open the door for them. Now AG church is helping them to take care of this new believers, so that they may grow continue and worship true God rather than Mohammad. We really thank God for his miracles. We experience that during the problem God is ready to help his children. Alamin is now under treatment and need more prayer for his family.
The Persecution during the Jesus Film show.
There is a Jesus film team is working at Narial district under supervisor of Chandrakanta. Usually they show social film first when ever they conduct any show because it is Muslim country and we use it for public awareness and community development. In the same way, our workers Simson and Vopal Chakma conducted a show at Mosaraf Hossin house. The house of the owner and others people wanted to see the Jesus film because they heard that they are doing community development works. After showing 2 social films, they started showing Jesus film. But there was 2 terrors were present and threat our workers to stop the show. But they told brother” there is no more social film except Jesus film. The house of the owner and workers bargained with them. Finally, they left and was waiting on the way to bit them. When finish the Jesus film show and going back to their house with the JF instruments by a van. The terrorist groups attacked them on the way. By this way, with the Van driver and CCC workers were bitten, slapped and kicked, what ever they like to do as the persecution. After that they left and many people saw the incident, but no body came to near for helping. When this message got our supervisor, then he called to Thana police SP and he sent the force and saved our staff and took the hospital under treatment. Later one the police super told to our workers when ever your conduct any show, I will give one police man with you always because CCC is doing best work for social development in Bangladesh and appreciated our works. We really Praise God for his miracles and helping in different ways to work among the Muslims and Hindu. We praise God for his blessing in our field ministry.
Partnership Training with the World Vision of Bangladesh.
There are Basic Leadership training with 34 delegates from different denominations. World vision of Bangladesh provides 50% cost of that training. Church leaders of that area request us to conduct again another training from 11th - 14th August with 35 students in Rangamatia ,Gagipur District. It was also very effective for new believers. Here also world vision provided 50% Cost. Church Pastor told that this training helps our church members a lot & now they can share the claim of Christ to the gentiles in that area.
We also conducted another LTI at Laxmichap in Nilfamari district with the partnership of Bangladesh Gospel church, where 40 delegates participated. They church also helped financially. This church is really helpful for expanding the kingdom of God. During the training 55 people heard the gospel and 24 of them accepted Christ by faithful prayer. We thank God that many of them are coming forward with CCC partnership ministry.
Prayer Request
• Pray for the CPM next batch training from 13th – 20th November 2009 and we are praying 40 JF staff will join.
• We really Thank God for his miracles that CPM workers are doing well in the field for house church planting. Some of them already started Bible study groups.
• Pray that God brings many M background believers for our CPM project so that we may work among the majority groups in Bangladesh.

NEEDS ANALYSIS
CULTURAL PRACTICES
In most of the communities in most of our areas the girl child is discriminated against in favor of the boy child. If the resources are scarce for school, it is the girl child who is held back at home when the boy is allowed to continue schooling. This explains the higher drop out numbers for girls in most the schools compared to boys. The poor parents when faced with a choice prefer to educate the boys and leave the girl.
This then leads to the girl child being forced into child labor. In some pastoral communities, the girl child risks being married out to some rich elderly men in return for a herd of cattle. The boys are also divided into two groups: the ‘’bright’ ones who know how attend the cattle and the “dull’ ones who are called the “mental children”. These “dull ones” are subjected to child labor as herds-boys. Circumcision causes temporary school drop outs as well. However, some boys develop disciplinary problems in matters involving female teachers.
The boys believe they have become “men “and should not be disciplined by women. Such boys often drop out and get married.
SEXUALABUSE
The socialization processes in discos, videos etc, leads to unwanted pregnancies. The girl children often become infected with sexually transmitted diseases which also leads to school drop outs. However, it is to be noted that quite a number of cases of HIV/AIDS have been reported among the girl children as well as the boys. This is an indication of serious sexual activity and abuse among the teenage children.
Sexual abuse and promiscuity among adults is taking its toll on schooling also because large numbers of children are left as orphans due to the death of their parents from HIV/AIDS. The destitute orphans are left alone and cannot continue with school because they are not able to raise the school requirements. Some may not even have proper accommodation. Many times if their parents have not been married in covenanted or official marriage and die then the orphans have no legal inheritance rights for any property or resources that may remain.
The HIV/AIDS issue generates extreme poverty in such children who may also become entangled in sexual abuse or prostitution while trying to survive. This often leads to early childhood death from violence or disease.
In schools a large number of teachers are dying of HIV/AIDS thus leading to serious under-staffing in schools here. Even before they die frequent absence due to illness leads to a lot of valuable learning hours being wasted which in turn leads to many pupils dropping out due to lack of teachers.
There is a significant need to assist the youth to change their behavior and to develop their talents which will help them to sustain their life. There is a need to create self- discipline of behavior in life which may reduce the spreading of HIV/AIDS. There is a need to start and encourage counseling centers to train peers, educators/counselors and to start enlightening mental ministries for youths. To have educational seminars, outreaches in order to sensitize the youths in the communities bypreaching to them the commandments of God through the Word .They need to be supportedmorally, psychologically, spiritually, materially, and socially. Those out of school need to be supported to start income generating activities in order to earn a living . (It is not easy to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS without eradicating evil ways of life, ignorance, and poverty).This is the vital cultural barriers which put them at risk and should be addressed through ministry.
The Christian parents need to advise and guide their children as the Bible says train your children from their youthful age. When they grow to become adults they will all along the way how they should behave and what manner of conduct they should have.
CONCLUSION;
It is to be noted that child labor consigns the child to eternal poverty. It is incumbent upon the orphans –care-takers to ensure that the children of school age are retained in school preparing for a better future. The way forward to retain them in school can be to identify possible income generating activities in each school by which needy students can be compensated for prior to, during or after school hours. This could help with the dues and fees which have to be paid by the orphans or children from very poverty afflicted families.
It is important for preachers of the Word to engage in this vital role at this critical time and to mount aggressive campaigns against HIV/AIDS by discouraging irresponsible sex by all persons. SPEAK LOUDLY AGAINST THE IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR.
Evidently our ministry cares for a reasonable number of orphans and widows by supporting them with the necessary basic needs: I.E. food and clothes, medications. We are fervently praying for anyone whom is touched by the Lord to volunteer individually or as organizations to be compassionately supportive of us for any help on these issues. We believe He who generously blesses will bless you abundantly in return
God chooses leaders of His own who He wishes to lead his congregations …………….Numbers 27:15-23,Matthew 9:36……………Let the Lord, the Lord of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation…….. and (Moses) he laid his hands on him and inaugurated him….

Late Friday evening, Oct. 16th, M300 Ministries Director Wayne Gaines was invited to attend a crucial church planting training conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Oct 19-23, 2009.

Wayne drove to Philadelphia from Georgia and we asked for prayers to cover the travel both there and back. The Lord answered the prayers offered with a safe, non eventful travel.
We asked for people to consider helping to underwrite the cost of this crucial training and we wish to report back to you in a general nature on how and who responded. To the dishonor of those whom I know personally and count as friends (My Nazareth)- none of you assisted. In reality nearly none of you ever assist and this is to your dishonor. Those who assisted were strangers that none of us know. Those who assisted were honorable in giving secretly. A total of $110 dollars was given to help offset the nearly $600 dollars cost of lodging and transportation. City Team Ministries provided both breakfast and lunch daily while fasting for supper became a good practice.

M300 Ministries exist by the will of God and by His leading in order to uniquely and globally share "Who is the Christ?" while helping the needy such as widows and orphans in their distress. For the past year M300 Ministries has been in a very foundational stage where the Lord is still leading ministries to His gathering of 300 ministries and ministry leaders which he sees as Mighty in His sight. We desire to be like David who was approved of the Lord. Read what is said in the New Testament in the Book of Acts.
After removing Saul, he made David their king. He testified concerning him: 'I have found David son of Jesse a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.'
Do you get it? God removed Saul and God made David their king. God testified concerning David in quotations, "I have found David son of Jesse a man after my own heart. Most of us stop right there and say wow...David a man after God's own heart. We don't follow the semi colon and read why it is that God found David to be a man after His own heart. The reason is given by God himself and most often overlooked by men. God said "He will do everything I want him to do." That's it. If you want to have a heart like God's heart then you must do everything that God would have you to do.
At M300 Ministries we want to have a heart like God's heart and to be found in His blessed favor. How can we do this? We must do everything that He ask of us. We have not been enabled with financial backers or contributors to date as M300 Ministries. Some of our autonomous partners have great backers and have been so blessed. We believe that the Lord is our provider as well and is working a great work in our times. Currently He is laying the foundation for an awesome ministry after His own heart and He has seen fit to use us as one of the cornerstones. We are blessed. Blessed in deed.
People say...How is it that you survive with no supporters or no financial contributors. To this we answer as Jesus answered His own disciples...
John 4: 34-38 :
34"My food," said Jesus, "is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. 35Do you not say, 'Four months more and then the harvest'? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest. 36Even now the reaper draws his wages, even now he harvests the crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37Thus the saying 'One sows and another reaps' is true. 38I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor."
We are sent to reap what we have not worked for in a sense. By partnering with others we reap the benefits of their labor and together we are glad to fulfill the will of the Lord. Our time of blessing will come and the Lord of the harvest knows the times and seasons. For not let it be said clearly that at M300 Ministries our food is to do the will of the Father who sends us to finish his work. The fields are white with harvest. Lift up your eyes and focus your mind on God's direction and will for your life. If you have been blessed then bless so that others can be blessed.
We are in a time of ernest prayer regarding the letter above because we cannot help in financial terms if we are not blessed financially to be able to help share "Who is the Christ?" and to help the needy. MISSIONARIES IN BANGLADESH PREPARE TO SHARE CHRISTMAS GIFTS WITH CHILDREN
Missionaries in Bangladesh are meeting with local families to prepare for the possibility of distributing Christmas gifts this year in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a Muslim country but Christians practice their faith and encourage one another in the Lord. Increasingly Christians are undergoing persecution in Bangladesh, yet their faith and love of the Lord is not compromised. TOTAL ORPHANS REPORT
Orphans whose parents have died of HIV/AIDS lack basic necessities for survival, this include food, shelter, drugs, clothing, school fees. The support and care which the extended family members or guardians are not able to offer, because most of them are poor and they have their children to care for or take to school. The big problem, orphans are used as house maids or child labour. This forces them to drop out of school. Young girls engage in child prostitution to earn a living and care for small children. They become headed house/home. Lack of psychological support, stigma, displacement, theft and misuse of property. There is lack of love- this causes high risks of spreading HIV/AIDS because the young engage in sex and drug abuse.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Orphan require not only food, shelter, assistance with school, but also assistance in facing the trauma of death and the struggle of live. They need to still be children free, to play, attend school, find security in friends and concerned community members or extended families.
They need parenthood, someone to love, counsel and instruct them. They need the lord and the opportunity to understand and grow in his word. When children are orphaned, they are no longer children. The responsibilities of caring for extremely sick parents, the necessity of searching for food children. The responsibilities of caring for extremely sick parents, the necessity of searching for food and the care of younger siblings, often fall to the children of AIDS parents. They need community- based orphan care. Here children are kept in their normal environment and visited daily by church members who also provide food and school fees, counsel and guide them. James 1:23
For Jesus died for us on the cross through the divined love, our work as the church we should love the orphans, unfortunates and needy because God is love.

The Prakasam Barrage built across the Krishna River, near Vijaywada, is in danger of being over flooded as it receiving thousand cusecs of water from the Nagarjuna Sagar and the Srisailam dams.
Excess water is being released from the barrage as fears of inundation of villages in Krishna District looms large.
The district administration has already pressed the alarm button in villages along the riverbed and also evacuated thousands of people to safer areas.
There was a grave threat for island villages in Challapalli, Avanigadda, Koduru and Nagayalanka Mandals villages have been continued to increase as the outflow would go to the sea starting from Vijayawada through Hamsaladeevi (Koduru) downstream of the barrage. The official said the floods in the river Krishna was the highest ever as such a magnitude was not witnessed for the past 100 years.
Meanwhile, many villages of Challapalli, Avanigadda, Koduru and Nagayalanka Mandals spread over eastern part of Krishna district were marooned by the flood. Crops in agricultural fields in this district were completely submerged in Avanigadda Mandal and flood waters started flowing over all roads were blocked.
The worst floods in over a century have left a trail of destruction estimated at Rs.12,225Million rupees, the Andhra Pradesh government has said while asking Central government for immediate assistance of Rs.6,000 Million rupees crore.
Regarding our working Villages in Nagayalanka and Challapalli Villages were totally destroyed. At the time of Tsunami we have given 120 Boats and 545 nets to these fishermen families. They have been using these boats and leading good and peace full life. These people are so much grateful to God, each and every movement they have been thanking to God.
But die to this flood 40 boats were totally broken and turn in to small peaces those pieces are gone into the flood. And most of these target families are lost their nets because big trees are moving in this flood water so all these nets were missed. They Lost their earning instruments and they are crying like any thing they said sir now we are totally overcame from all the debts and all other circumstances and leading peaceful life but this flood was thrown our lives before Tsunami conditions.
And the cattle loss also so high several villages were lost the total cattle. We have given more thank 70 Milch cattle and she buffalos through the SHG’s’ as on this day we have find 52 Women benefic shires are lost their Milch cattle these 52 She Buffalos were died and some of the cattle’s were flooded in the sea. All our staff have been visiting our villages and people are crying like any thing and this day after noon the water level was so high and the police force has blocked all the roads to stop the deaths. So please pray for these Villages and moreover our Fishermen families and SHG’s women beneficiaries had lost their future and suffering like any thing. No food, no drinking water, no shelter and suffering with several diseases. Please lift them in the presence of the Lord.
