Let me explain this for you. Wayne and Rosemary Gaines who are the Founder/Directors at M300 Ministries are also the owners of this property located in Central Alabama- Open Range Boarding LLC. Open Range Boarding LLC was the business that they had started and were working in prior being called into full time ministry and moving from Alabama to N.E. Georgia a couple of years ago. The property had been operated by us and of late leased to others as a horse boarding business. We now desire to sell the property and have reduced the price to a straight forward $150,000. Open Range Boarding LLC is one way that we try to support ourselves in ministry. We believe this is a credible thing to do.
